Rosalind M. Mouser is a partner in the law firm of Ramsay, Bridgforth, Robinson & Raley LLP in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, primarily practicing in the areas of creditors’ rights and banking law. She is Immediate Past President of the Arkansas Bar Association and currently serves as Chair of the Association’s Underwriting Committee. She serves as Secretary of the Arkansas River Regional Intermodal Facilities Authority in Pine Bluff/Jefferson County and as a member of the Pine Bluff Aviation Commission. Previously, she served as President of the Board of Trustees of Southeast Arkansas College, President of the Board of Southeast Arkansas College Foundation, and President of the Greater Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce. Mouser completed several terms as a board member of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Foundation.
Mouser is completing her 18th year planning and teaching continuing education courses for the Arkansas Bankers Association and her 24th year planning and teaching such courses for the Arkansas Bar Association. She is entering her second year as an instructor at the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Mouser is a member of the Jefferson County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Debtor/Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas. Mouser graduated summa cum laude with honors from Ouachita University in 1980 and from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1984. She completed one year of study in international law on a Rotary International Scholarship at the University of Bristol, England.
